Paul Cottam Website Design was formed in the early part of 2001 as a Small Personal Internet Website Design Company as a result of a number of requests by personal friends asking for help in designing and running their online presence.
Paul has had a presence on the Internet since 1996 and started web authoring using notepad and quickly moved on to producing smaller sites for other people and then progressing onto larger commercial sites such as for his current employer and as such has experience of Web Authoring including html 4, Java, Dreamweaver MX and Photoshop CS8.
Over the last five years as prices for web design and development have risen i recognized that there is a need for an affordable web authoring services for individuals and small business, if you are running your own small business you know how little time you have to do all the things you intend and a presence on the Internet is one of those often overlooked or neglected.
In April of 2006 i with help from my wife Shirley decided to launch Afforadable-Websign.net to promote our inexpensive website design and digital multimedia services to a greater audience, all our sites are built using the industry standard Macromedia Dreamweaver MX2004, Fireworks and Adobe Photoshop CS8.
Our aim is simply to offer a value for money service which will get most customers onto the information superhighway that we here about all the time, we do not employ expensive designers or have high overheads, and often we can build sites from existing catalogues or sales / promotional documents already used within your company, distance too is no object as most files or information can be sent electronically or by post.
